Perhaps the most amazing innovation of this design is the fact that it is produced by a modular tool system conceived by IDEA LOGIC. The blow molded Case tool is set up with a Top, Mid and Bottom section that is combined with multiple Spacers that allow the tool to produce a variety of Case lengths from one set of tools. This resulted in a huge savings in tooling cost that made the product line viable economically. Knowledge of plastic processing made it possible for the client to have a significant competitive edge over all of their roto-molded competition.
